| Details: | the order shipped to the buyer March 8 track number RA723405229UA, up to April 4 the buyer wrote me messages that have not received the parcel, then the buyer has opened a dispute on ebay and I made a refund. Some time later, I again tried to track the parcel on the USPS website and saw that the parcel is tracked and what's more, it was received March 23! |

First off why did you refund the buyer? that was kind of stupid, you should of submitted the tracking number and let the dispute stay open until it was delivered. As long as you submit a valid tracking number that shows the item is in transit, the dispute will stay open until delivered. There was no reason for refunding the moron.

It wasn't received by me. I have over 1400 positive feedbacks on eBay, and you're the first to claim a problem. Perhaps it was delivered to someone else. Got a signature? If so, file for erroneous delivery with USPS. Blaming me for a USPS problem isn't the proper course of action.
Maybe eBay blocked you from contacting me on the matter after issuing me a refund on the non-delivered package. Don't know, but I certainly never received it or a message about it from you.
