purchased twice & threatening about writing a bad product review. First purchase- asked for free replacement by giving false reasons. We sent free replacement, so at the cost of 1 product, he got two items in December 2020. Again purchased in August, same thing asking for replacement for free. Instead we ask to send product back & offered a refund but not sending products back & threatening us for bad reviews.
