He's stupid enough to think that some merchant will ship an item to him in which he is not paid for. Asshole's like this one will play their fucking games trying to rip you off. If you take the order and charge the card, assholes like this moron, will have the item delivered to another address and file a dispute claiming they never got the item, and your out the product, the money and charged with a fee.
