purchased a 60 yr old watch and filed a not received case and request for refund less than 48 hours after it shipped. There was a tracking number that said it was out for delivery when the case was filed. The item arrived within 4 hours of the case being filed. I asked the user to cancel the case so PayPal would release the funds. She would not respond. I had to call eBay to get the case closed. Then she filed a not as described case and requested a refund. She pried the back off and bent it. Claimed it "fell off" I had just had it serviced before I listed it. SCAM
