buyer made 2 orders separately and we shipped both parcel separately and buyer claimed both order haven't arrived.
buyer said the address was correct, so this address is not safe to ship as Singapore has a reliable postal service and this is very weird both parcels get lost, so I recommend not to ship to this address as the lost mail rate is 100%.
