Details: | We sold a batch of clothes to one of the customers in Singapore via Facebook, as per our practice, we will accept 70% deposit to process the order.
She paid us RM 99 deposit for her orders and then she added on some other products too, therefore by 22/7/2013, she paid us RM 400 through PayPal for another deposit (her total order is near to RM 800).
By early August, before Hari Raya, she PM us to chase on the pre-order stock arrival time to meet the festive timeline. Due to that reason, as to serve our customer better, we delivered the stock to Singapore to her before she made the final payment as we know her customers need the new clothes for Hari Raya.
After we delivered the stock, unfortunately, we received a message from PayPal saying that the payment of RM 400 has been reversed to her debit card account. By then, I sent message to this customer to inform her about this and ask her to pay the final payment altogether in one shot, it's about RM 759.
She replied and say ok.
Waited from Raya time until today, the payment still not yet done by her end. We let her know that the payment can be made twice if she is having difficulties in cash flow. She said she is busy with her new job and no time to go to Bank. Then we gave her a timeline until Sept 22, but same thing happened again and she push the date to 29 Sept.
In between we sent msg to her to remind her on the payment but sad to say, we did not get her reply and she is still posting her updates in FB (I believe she is not that busy as she said). We tried to SMS to her, she is not replying too.
Therefore, we suspect this is a scam from buyer. |
