Seller is trying to help this guy，seller asked for some necessary information in order to help him.
Seller already nicely make it clear what information they need to confirm,but this guy keep ignore it,and telling something irrelevant.
Seller just double check the information they need,he gave seller negative feedback and open case on both ebay and PayPal
So our suggestion is not to do any business with this guy. There has plenty of buyers alive in this world,you don't have to hesitate to block some of the bad buyers.
