| Details: | She bought a Disney Polly Pocket Cinderella's Castle with all 8 figures then said "Item not as Described". I offered full refund but when she returned the item it was NOT the item I had said - took it up with Ebay, sent them all the photos and THEY STILL TOOK HER SIDE!!!!! She ends up with full refund AND my item. Can't wait to find another site as Ebay is TOTALLY buyer orientated. |
