Person tried TEN different credit cards over a span of 14 minutes, ALL of which were declined by the issuing bank. They had billing addresses in VA (3 different ones), WI, AZ, OH, MI, CO, GA, and WY. Tried to purchase a common and easily fenced piece of safety equipment and have it shipped to a residential address elsewhere.
