Will deliberately file a dispute claiming he never got the product, and he purchased the item someplace else. This asshole is nothing more than some theif ripping off sellers. Just another computer repair wanna be loser that buys parts from a company, repairs a customers computer, then once he gets paid, files fraud disputes to rip off other computer companies.
