Details: | Took her time (few weeks) to select products. Bought them. After we shipped, told us she needs it very fast. Nothing we could do as parcel was already sent. When she did not receive the parcel in a few days (we are talking international parcel from Australia to Hong Kong!), she got very agitated and vendettive. Started to spread bad reviews and badmouth us everywhere.
Parcel did arrive in a timeframe specified by postal service, but that did not stop the customer.
I would rather not sell anything to her than trying to fix the damage she did. I would avoid here like a plague -- not worth the risk. If anything goes not the way she thinks it should go -- your are in trouble. |
