Its prob a competitor seller with a ghost account. Basically another seller will drive up the price of a similar auction so other bidders will go elsewhere. Just an fyi.

I really can't figure out what the deal was here! Moffett1989 went on to buy numerous other items from other sellers and paid for them just fine. He has also sold numerous items, none of which were an iPad! None of it made any sense. This clown is now up to 102 items bought and 133 sold, so you can see just how effective eBays non-paying buyer process is at deterring deadbeats like this idiot.
I am in no way a volume seller; just a guy that listed his used item for sale. Then this scumbag comes along and takes my Buy it Now and refused to pay or communicate.
Moffett1989 is a complete POS and should be avoided at all costs! It would seem that these days he's selling counterfeit coupons too, near as I can tell from more negative feedback in the past 12 months!
