Sold a 20-year-old video card for $18 w/ free shipping that was labeled "as-is". Buyer received it and opened an Item Not As Described case stating that it was non-functional. I accepted the return request even though the listing did not allow it and the buyer received a pre-paid return label.

After 2 weeks+, no return. I contacted eBay and requested that they refund the buyer anyways because I felt bad and the value was small anyways. After all that with no return of the item, the buyer left a negative feedback.... over a 20-year-old $18 sound card w/ shipping included that he was refunded. This is what petty children do. Avoid..
