Details: | sold a "Cessna 177 and Cardinal Service Manual 1968 thru 1975" it was shipped and marked as delivered on January 17th 2015 on April 27th 2015 the buyer filed a charge back (for item not received) despite it being marked as delivered for over 2 months. if it was genuinely not received (which would be a fault of the post office) he should have taken action within the first 2 months. because of this it is obvious that he is trying to get away with not paying for his purchase, i advise that anyone block this guy right away to not have to deal with him. |

Alot of fraud come from morons from Florida. There are several reason why he filed a dispute 2 months later. He has 120 days to dispute any credit card transaction. He figured in 2 months, you wouldnt be able to look up the tracking number online, since paypal does everything electronically for non receipt disputes. People who scam purposely wait that long to catch you off guard and think you wont have the information regarding the transaction.
In the future, make sure you the tracking number recorded, and manually check ever single shipment to see if its been delivered. Once you confirm its delivered keep a directory of your computer of a print screen or PDF document of the scree showing the delivery results. So in the event you cant look it up in the future, you'll have an internal copy.

why a lot of fraud from Flordia? oh i had the tracking number recorded because i bought the shipping through ebay, so it was in the PayPal transaction for the money he paid. so i just looked it up at the USPS website and it said delivered. i usually keep the receipt from when i drop it off at the post office too, sometimes the order receipt for the shipping.

There's ALOT OF IDIOTS in Florida. As long as you have electronic proof of delivery your fine. Just keep a copy of every confirmed delivery of the item along with a sales order. Save it in PDF format, or have a PDF printer driver that you can do instant print screens of the sales orders and the confirmation of the item with the tracking number as delivered. Keep the records for at least 1 year, so that the "statue of limitations" for people to file chargeback disputes is expired.
If you didnt process the transaction via PayPal then you would of caughed up, a chargeback fee regardless of whether you win or loose if you had your own merchant account.
