This buyer had a clear case of buyers remorse, shocking since we offered her 20% off with free shipping. Claimed that the vintage handbag was a fake (we went to great lengths to guarantee this particular bag was authentic). Horrendous. After we responded stating why the bag is authentic (I am an authenticator and work in archives so I could keep going) she continued to spout off random information claiming she spoke to someone in customer service. Of course, Posh approved as we knew they would. Later we looked at her closet to see she gave stunning reviews to two bags with the same ‘problems’ that she said made the bag she purchased from us inauthentic. The audacity. Buyers like this are dangerous. We take clear pictures of all sides and notable features. She had the nerve to say she couldn’t see enough to ask questions. She did not think twice and barely waited a breath without claiming inauthenticity. Clearly thinks she knows more than she does. Very dangerous to a sellers livelihood.
