This buyer had purchased a set of lights from us which were shipped and delivered. However, there was some issues with his credit card after we shipped. The customer asked to return the lights which he had already been provided with RMA number and return address. The customer repeatedly emailed us at least 50 times, each email using the most disgusting, foul, obscene language you can ever imagine. He also started threatening us saying that he wished someone in our company would get very ill (this is not a normal person or customer). He was saying we ignored him and never responded but after looking back most of the emails were responded within the time frame we provide (1-2 business days) Note weekends and holidays do not count as business days.

Anyhow, be careful when doing business with this buyer. He is not a normal customer. He will fill your inbox with a million emails if he could (all emails saying the worst obscene language) I feel this customer just likes to abuse companies for fun. So careful when dealing with this one.
