This woman is not only a terrible business owner, but terrible human and racist. After a dispute with her over a sale, and informing me she was not only blocking me but going to move on from said dispute, I received a message from her months later calling me a slur (yes, she comfortably used the N-word) and attempting to attack my physical features , as well as the child I initially tried to make the purchase for. Vintageandtutus is her shop name on Etsy, and she also goes by Desiree Ponds (not her name but she uses that account/name). Strongly suggest you look elsewhere for business as there’s a strong possibility your transaction results in a negative experience. Unfortunately, karma does roll around so it’s likely she gets back what she’s out out ten-fold, but it’s best you don’t put yourself through that experience.

So finally after being called a bitch 200 times I matched her energy & now she’s on here crying playing the victim & got the nerve to mention being blocked lmfao! I don’t get paid enough to deal with this mess & is the reason I closed my shop so they ^^^ can find a life.

Not a lie - she called me a “n**ger” and said “black a*s b**ch” as an insult. There are screenshots to prove it. Though she was called white, it was never used as an insult, only to remind her that her race does not give her the pass to talk to me crazy (and she left out several of her messages here as well) and I NEVER called her a slur (I have every screenshot to prove it). I would also never call a child ugly or say, though she felt very comfortable saying that.

You can see the difference in how she speaks and what’s being said about her (mind you, this report is from April 2021 - I could not have possibly made this as my order was placed in August 2022). But, as mentioned before, karma really doesn’t miss out on others so she will likely get back what she’s put out in excess.

And keep in mind these racist comments you make are disgusting, esp when you have a black child/children. I hope they’re able to love their black sides and themselves despite this.
