This guy ordered a pair of LED bulbs from my ebay store. Then email me and ordered another pair for a total of $40US. 2 weeks later he said he did not receive the items and has opened a ebay dispute. I asked this buyer if he want to have tracking and he refused. As of today, the package has not been return to us, which means you did receive the package and took the money back. Bad Bad Bad person!!!! This $40 is for you to buy medicine!
