The first thing is that if it was PayPal and a credit card was used, it doesnt matter who the fuck eBay thinks they are, by law there is no refund until the product is returned back in the original condition returned. Thats federal law as well as visa and mastercard. Gear up to file a complaint with the federal trade commission and obtain a police report for theft in the buyers home town. contact ebay and threaten to sue them telling you already have a police report and the federal trade commission, not to mention the attorney generals office looking into ebay. they will do nothing and flick you off as an insect, until you bring the state and police into the matter. then they will take it serious and then give your money back just to settle things with you. you do nothing you get nothing.
