Details: | This buyer purchased an orange computer. The manufacturer had indicated that the computer was orange in color. It turned out to be silver. I immediately apologized and offered to provided a prepaid return shipping label for a return and a refund. Instead the customer wanted a $200 refund. When I refused the customer left a negative feedback and kept the laptop anyways. This is an extortionate buyer. Stay away!! |

Ha..Ha..eBay is the enabler of all this. They don't do anything. I have tried multiple times. At that time they had a written policy that they buyer can ask for a 'discount' from a seller. Now they changed it.
