| Details: | Buyer is fraudulent. Bids on your items sent via non-tracked delivery, pays with PayPal and then opens a case after they've received the item. In my case, they lied about the number of times they'd contacted me (citing repeated attempts to contact me with no response - not true) and called me abusive when I pointed this out to them. |

i have also had problems with this buyer, they did exactly the same thing described here to me. they need to be stopped and people need to be aware of their actions. i had hoped that ebay would sort this out when i told them my side of the story, but they don't care about the sellers anymore and always find in favour of the buyer, even when they're obviously cheating the system.
