Horrible Horrible buyer. He won the auction and didn’t pay or communicate within the due time. Filed a non paying bidder case that gave him a non payer strike and refunded final fee to me. Then somehow he managed to find a way to file a not shipped not as described claim against me. I contacted him and he agreed to cancel the claim if I offered to use a Buy it Now for him to use to purchase the item again. The item was listed at the arranged time for him to use the BIN. Time came and went with generous grace period and still no purchase was made and no further communication from him. Complete waste of much time and effort for another useless low feedback ebay member buyer.
