Constantly buys and returns items. Her feedback clearly shows it, she is NOT interested in buying items but in trying them out. Seller's NO return policy means nothing to her. She abuses eBay's policy and claims "item not as described" just so she can easily return the item, and basically forces SELLERS to accept her returns.
She should NOT be shopping online or buy from someone accepting returns.
