Make sure that you open any returns right in front of a postal office employee and always have your returns sent to a PO Box. Dont let these assholes know your physical address. Its always a good idea to photograph high ticket items and record serial numbers on everything you sell. When you open a return (1) make sure you have your camera ready and (2) its right infront of a postal employee. Then you send the bitch a certified letter saying that you know before and after and you opened it up in the Post Office and will be filing fraud charges against her if you got your money taken away.
