| Details: | Purchases yacht instrument, within minutes of receiving item from Courier contacts us to say he does not like wooden packing crate we sent the instrument in? We point out that we are selling navigational instruments, not wooden crates. He then demands £25 cash from us or he will start a dispute with ebay, despite offer of a full refund, he refuses to return item back to us. When he realizes that ebay have served a cash penalty on him, by charging him for the return courier charges out of his paypal refund, goes mental leaving abusive negative feedback for us! Has a lot of prior ebay "history", uses the ebay system to abuse both buyers & sellers - AVOID |

My complaint was that the original pine case was part of the ships log advertised by tobyraffles ebay seller. On receipt the item came in a scruffy cardboard box so i was very disapointed and on complaining the seller was most road when i asked where the box was. When a seller takes that kind of attitude it probaly to accept all that has happenned as honestly most folk on Ebay are decent and it just takes one seller like this with cunning and guile to upset an honest buyer.if only we knew who we were dealing with we would probaly be more warey of using Ebay at all. How sad is that. Just glad he was unable to disturb my 100% feedbacK?
