This guy ordered something on 14th Dec, I emailed him saying USPS may not be able to make it for Xmas gift ( in good faith ), he replied:
" If you mail it in a timely manner – there should be no problem receiving this next week. ".

I said:
" No , and not guranteed.


We have LOTS of mail that took 5 days in queue to be scanned.

There is no such "dispatch earlier" = " delivery time shorten "

Merchant controls dispatch date, USPS controls delivery time. 2 different companies.

It is at least 80% arrival after Xmas. ".

he replied:
" That’s sounds more like your issue than USPS.

Please cancel the order. ".

5 mins later, PayPal reported it was an unauthorized payment : Case number: PP-002-115-648-555

So I strongly doubt this person did this on purpose.

Likely the order was cancelled or I would be scammed!
