Left a poor seller review for no reason and never answered why. He received the product 3 days ahead of schedule, had never emailed us, and the product is on point. There was absolutely no reason to write that we had poor customer service. We have never had a single review less than 5 stars except for his in the 3 years we've been on amazon. Having a bad day or whatever the reason is not a way to take your stress out on a good business.
