| Details: | Buyer bought one of my used VCR/DVD player combo players and said it didn't work right. I asked if she wanted to return the item and I asked for her to let me know. A few days later, I received the VCR back. It was just throw in a box without any kind of packaging or protection. It was badly damaged and didn't work anymore at all. This buyer not only goes against Amazons return policy, but they also ignore the repackaging of your item to prevent damage. Completely disrespectful buyer. |

Reported to seller performance at Amazon for violation of the privacy policy as well as the TOS of the seller agreement. They can easily track you down based on the @marketplace email you stupidly included. That is an encrypted email address for a buyer that is unique to each seller the buyer purchases from. You might as well post your seller name here.
