| Details: | Buyer and seller agreed to a "best offer" on multiple items. AFTER the transaction, he claims that two of the items are "not as described" BEFORE ITEMS WERE EVEN SHIPPED TO HIM. HE DEMANDED THAT I ACCEPT A "SECOND" LOWER OFFER--which I believe is ebay policy noncompliance on the buyer's part. In other words--I better give him a partial refund, or else! I should have, at that point, immediately reported him. Anyway, I rechecked the item with the listing to see if I had made a mistake and this was simply not true. I IMMEDIATELY SMELLED A PITA BUYER AND I OFFERED HIM HIS MONEY BACK--NO SCAM HERE. He refused and told me to ship the items to him--he wanted them. Seven weeks later, he leaves negative feedback. A very slick case of "feedback extortion" HOWEVER, because he did not leave the word "feedback" in his correspondence, ebay refused to remove negative feedback. SELLERS BEWARE of this buyer. Normally I would brush off negative feedback (after all, you can't please everyone), but ebay uses these ratings as an excuse to HOLD FUNDS FOR UP TO 21 DAYS and I did NOTHING wrong. A funny side note: He pointed out that he had "100% positive buyer feedback" All sellers should ROTFL--we all know that is a load of CRAP, we aren't allowed to leave negative buyer feedback. Anyway, this was the last straw for me. I removed all listings and told ebay to eat my fees. Why should I PAY for this kind of abuse. |

I know, this site is 1 way. They let disgruntled liars write what ever they like with no Merritt or proof of any wrong doing.
Basically if you get in an argument with someone, or don't like them, you can trash them here and make up stories.
I got my name removed and I sued the party who trashed my business name for defamation of character!!! It took 2 and a 1/2 years but I won and I got them where it hurts.....IN THE WALLET!!!
