We have always said New Yorkers are the biggest dumbasses around and here's the proof. This moron cant read anything whatsoever. He first goes into the online store and deliberately places a credit card that doesnt match the billable address. So waste of time from some idiot that cant read in bold print. Then 2 days later, this stupid asshole comes back into our online store and where is says name on the credit card the idiot puts "visa". The stupid asshole tries to use the same credit card with the same address as the first time. Thats why we instantly ban people that do nothing but waste our time like this dumbass!
