This buyer is very dangerous, everybody,stop sell item to this buyer immediately, if he place an order in your store,cancel it and refund directly. This buyer would not even take responsible for his own mistake.

He contacted us,at first,he said he made a mistake an ordered a wrong item.

We offered a partial refund to him out of our kindness, but he take our kindness as shit，and suddenly he refuse to admit he had made a mistake and he think he deserve full refund. We tell him to send the item back for refund,but the issue is clearly his mistake,he should pay the shipping fee. He does not agree, and ask us to pay the return shipping fee. more than that, he opened a case to hurt us deliberately.

Really bad buyer,block him!
