And who's the idiot that is at fault. The buyer No YOU ARE THE IDIOT. you knew the address was not a match but you had the stupidity to ship it anyway! You knew full well in your merchant agreement what would happen if you did ship it to a non credit card address. Not to mention you dont have any intelligence to decline all AVS mismatches. You deserve to be ripped off!
