Details: | The buyer attempted to defraud the seller for purpose (see below). When failed at first attempt, started blackmailing (like "I know the people who can throw your business out of the market"), harrasment, insults with obscene language, defamation, false claims to Etsy ("I got fake items", "this is fake shop", etc.) - you receive tons of blackmail. This buyer is involved with competitors and has the only aim - to harm your store and provoke you - she buys something for pretty small money, pretends to receive "fake item", provides irrelevant "evidence" for Etsy, gives you one star, then applies for refund - win-win game in any case (Etsy and its sellers can be easily abused by buyer-fraudster), so if you are in the same shop category beware! |
