This dumbass hick contacts our company on a form that is used for presales customers. At the top it clearly states dont use the form if your a customer already or have purchased something. That was Saturday night. This idiot thinks everyone should be opened 24 hours a day 7 days a week for his lame ass $15 purchase. This asshole then files a dispute the very next day at 8 am on a weekend. Claims he never got the item in less than 1 week after this POS knows the item shipped. This asshole is going to have mail order fraud charges brought against him.
