This Buyer purchased and item from us, while we were out of town, and while we had vacation settings on our eBay store. Her order wasn't scheduled to ship until 2/14/20, (per our vacation settings), but she contacted us Thursday, 2/6, asking when we would be shipping her order. We told her that her order wasn't scheduled to ship until the 14th, but we would try to get it out the next day (2/7.) This charming customer then wrote back and threatened us, that if we didn't ship by 2/8, then she would leave negative feedback. She then wrote again, saying she would leave negative feedback anyway. We told the Buyer that we weren't required to ship until the 14th, and we even sent her a screen shot of our admin area, which showed a "Ship by" date of 2/14/20. This didn't matter to this customer because she wanted her order, when she wanted it.

This Buyer tried to use Feedback Extortion against us, which is against eBay rules. We reported this Buyer to eBay for her three feedback extortion threats. We eventually cancelled her order, (because who wants to deal with crazy), and she left negative feedback anyway! We reported her again, to eBay, who removed the negative feedback, and who will hopefully be closing her eBay account, for her disregard for following eBay rules.

Don't waste your time with this Buyer. She is clueless on how vacation setting work, and when she doesn't get her way, she resorts to threats and extortion.
