| Details: | This guy purchased my product and off the bat started complaining that he could not make it work - he totally ignored the Requirements (yet, these are the first thing listed...!) After he pirated Excel to make my product work, he had problems: I asked him to fill out a form so I could try to locate the cause of the issue and his reply was to complain @ PayPal that the product is not as listed (which a thousand more people have purchased!! yeah Right...) Extremely bad excuse of a human, very rude.
