Buys on Discogs and ebay but then either doesn't pay at all or just writes a message that he doesn't want the item he bought. Does nothing to assist the seller to get the fees back or to be able to relist the item as soon as possible.
On Discogs his feedback currently is down to 75 % ... but on ebay it's not possible to give negative feedback so he still has a "clean" 100 % feedback.
