Details: | Claimed that we sent him the wrong battery. We asked for picture of his device. Took and shown us pictures to show us his device is not compatible with our battery. Buyer bought the wrong battery. He then opened a return request saying "wrong battery was delivered". He threatened to open an a-to-z claim "Do you want me file A-Z claim? I am about to do just that." After telling him we do not give prepaid return label for customer remorse. He said: "You don't know the policies more than I do. I am expecting the return label."
