Claimed that the item doesn't work, Ok fine I directly send him an replacement without requiring him to return the original one. After a few weeks he claimed that he didnt receive the replacement & leave a negative feedback. That's a totally the same shipping address ! He might not going to check his mailbox but choose making noise instead !
