SELLERS BEWARE! The buyer received a brand new item and then mishandled it to the point where the item was detached. The buyer was very rude and condescending. She contacted us complaining about the item. She was given three options: return the item for a refund, return the item for an even exchange and or keep the item and receive a partial refund. She wanted a full refund and to keep the item. She then proceeded to threaten us with negative feedback. When we did not give into her threats, she left us with a negative feedback. THIS IS A CLEAR VIOLATION OF EBAY'S POLICY. THIS IS FEEDBACK EXTORTION. Jeanne Miglieri-Shell has been reported for feedback extortion and fraud. Please do NOT deal with this fraudulent buyer. If she can scam a small family owned business like ours, she will have not problem doing it to another business owner.
