Details: | The transaction is about a set of gashapon figure from Bandai. It is simple like model kit need buyer to assemble. Bandai provided the scale of this model kit as 1/60. It is printed on the gashapon paper. But buyer insist it is not in 1/60 scale. But buyer cannot provide any measurement to prove that. Buyer raise a return case and give negative feedback immediately without any communication. I send a message to buyer request for revision the negative feedback, but buyer refuse to do that because buyer think it is accurate. Finally, buyer contact eBay support and force me to refund. This case is simply for a buyer dislike the item and want the money back. Buyer use negative feedback to force the refund. Return is normal case, we can settle by other method. But I cannot accept buyer's action. |
