Buyer buys on Ebay. He tries to get you to ship by untracked mail (probably so he can file a fraudulent item not received complaint after delivery). In my case, I refused to ship by untracked mail. I offered him two options, surface mail or airmail. Surface mail is about half the price of airmail. After receipt, he left me positive feedback on ebay, but retaliated against me, by leaving me a 1 or 2 on Ebay's detailed seller ratings for the cost of shipping. To make matters worse, he had purchased three items from me, and although all three were shipped together in one box (effectively giving two of them free shipping), he was able to do the above three times, and thereby give me three 1 or 2 ratings for shipping. As I do not sell that many items, this has very seriously damaged my ebay rating, and will make it almost impossible for me to regain top rated seller status.
