Buyer bought an item on a Sunday. Then few hours later opened a case to return the item. After that he contacted me to cancel the transaction. Was very impatient and rude. I have explained to him that I cannot longer cancel the transaction since a case has been opened, he then closed the case and opened a new one in paypal. I would gladly cancel the transaction and refund the money but in every step, buyer was impatient and make more problems for me to deal with. I have to call ebay several times and paypal too. He is definitely will give you trouble
