Yep, buys on Amazon, says not recived. When shown sig tracking, they change their tune and say it was not as described.

So let's all copy this and send it to Amazon and get them cut off. Or better yet - order something from Optimal, Chris' or Secretbooks and "oh no, I never received it" or "how dare you - the item is not as described". I'm up for a little fun!

Same experience I had as well, they ordered a new book and returned a horribly used one. Buyer name was MarselaB. Let's give them a taste of there own medicine and order items then return them. In fact they have listed the item I sent them. I filed a safe-t claim with Amazon and gave them less than 1% refund to see how they react. I understand the risk in it and have all the proper docs to protect myself. I will follow up with this thread later on that.

Too bad Amazon does nothing about this. I cancelled three orders from Mary a week ago and now my account not only is at risk but there is a reserve on funds before they can be disbursed. Annoying to say the least since otherwise I have 100 percent good customer feedback and 100% positive metrics excluding the 3 cancellations.

They stole a $200 book from me claiming it was not rated correctly, they never returned the book and Amazon credited them. Amazon does nothing to protect the sellers here, we need a class action lawsuit for Amazon to act.

Before the check can bounce, the “buyer” picks up the money transfer, making off with the money. In this case, the seller is out the amount of the check and the amount of money sent via money transfer.
