Files fraud disputes claiming non receipt of merchandise less than 10 days after he purchases an item. This moron will agree to policies and knows at the time of purchase both the shipment time and payment processing time. Will file a dispute and deliberately try to violate agreement in which he had legally signed. No contact what so ever, this asshole theif will contact PayPal directly and file a false dispute over a $5 item.
