The buyer has remorse after I shipped the item. Requested to return and I told him there is a restocking fee for the shipping cost which was clearly stated in the auction as no return no refund. He refused and opened an eBay return and wanted me to pay return shipping. I rejected his request and he then opened a PayPal dispute, lying about not as described. He even sent me a message insulting me and telling me he is going to open the brand new package as a revenge. I offered a partial refund option for him to keep it. I also offered to split the shipping cost but he simply ignored by message. In this sale, I lost over $100 after shipping fee, eBay fee, and Paypal Fee. Also, the brand new tablet that I can't resell as new.
