Had Kid Leather Doll Posted at 69. she won auction at 48.00 best offer, The doll body was described as having kid pulled away from body, it was for repair, she sent me an email demanding I refund 25 dollars, I asked her to return it for a full refund plus shipping, today this is the email I recieved from her I will copy and paste

Dear grantgrace,Never mind HOW YOU FEEL, now I am asking a full refund including shipping that I payed for.Your body is a piece of garbage. The kid is missing from most of the top half and is poor dirty, torn, shape.I don`t drive a car so I cannot return it to you, it`s going in the garbage! This is the last letter I am writing you. You are wasting my time.If you don`t comply I will be forced to take further negative action!!!- najjy

This is clearly a threatening email, and she is saying either do what I want or I will leave you negative feedback, she wants to keep the doll and recieve full refund!!
I reported her today , by email and by phone. This kind of behavior should have some sort of action taken, its just ridiculous! and I thought others should know.
