Details: | Buyer purchased a cosmetic product from us. Later, she claimed that wasn't what she ordered. However, we have proof of her invoice (which only she could place an order on) that was exactly what she ordered and what we shipped her. She had used a loophole on Amazon's return policy to get her money back without having to pay for the restocking fee. She also falsely accused us of sending her the wrong item when we have proof that we sent her exactly what she ordered. It was basically buyer's regret as she no longer wanted an item and she wanted her money without paying for a restocking fee. |
