| Details: | Customer purchases an item from us of high value before xMas. Order ships as USPS Priority Mail and has an attempted delivery on 12/21/18 well before xMas. Customer then messages us on xMas eve claiming we ruined their xMas and their son's xMas due to us not delivering the item. They have now been super harassing us through eBay messaging and even left negative feedback which eBay removed. |
