Ordered 2 batteries, claimed he only received one. Sent a photo showing 1 battery in an undamaged box. We photograph every order, and had proof he got two. He then sent another photo showing newly made box cutter damage to the carton. There was actually a box cutter in the photos. We gave him a partial refund just to avoid an order Defect with Amazon. Then he tried to force us to accept a return. We refused. He harrased. We reported the fraud to Amazon. Then he filed an A-Z claim. Amazon granted him another partial refund. He got $220 worth of batteries for $63. Then he sent a message claiming his item wasn't delivered. He also sells on Amazon and has dozens of 1 star ratings for not shipping orders.
